We offer a flexible and customer-friendly 7-day return policy, applicable only in cases of quality-related concerns.
Please note:

Returns are accepted only for unframed paintings delivered within India.

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for framed artworks under any circumstances.

For artworks delivered outside India.
We do not accept return requests for paintings delivered outside India due to customs regulations and logistical challenges involved in bringing artworks back.
To help international buyers make informed decisions, we offer a pre-shipping approval process:

After placing your order, you may request additional images of the artwork by emailing us at tellus@crafttatva.com.

Before dispatch, we’ll share high-resolution images of the actual painting for your approval.

We will only ship the painting after your confirmation.

If the artwork doesn’t meet your expectations at this stage, you may also request a full refund.
Please note:
This policy is applicable only for handmade paintings ordered in default sizes.
Return Process
If your order is eligible for return, you can initiate a return request directly through your CraftTatva.com account, or simply email us with details of the item(s) you'd like to return.
Our team will guide you with packing instructions and arrange for a pickup of the artwork from your location.

If you paid via credit/debit card or net banking, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

If the payment was made through NEFT/RTGS, we’ll request your bank account number and IFSC code to initiate the refund.
We do not charge any return fees, and refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date of pickup and return confirmation.
Returns for Customized Artworks
Returns are not accepted for custom-sized artworks, regardless of whether the piece is ordered framed or unframed, and whether it is delivered within India or internationally.
For handmade paintings, please note that minor variations are natural and part of the artistic process. We follow strict quality control standards and ensure that only the best possible version is shipped from our end
For Lost / Damaged Shipments
In rare case of lost shipments, we will offer full refunds irrespective of the delivery location or framing state.
In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork, we will offer refund amounts based on the condition of the same. This will be taken case on case basis once reported to us.
Cancellation Policy
You can raise a cancellation request for your order within 2 hours of placing your order. We would not be able to cater to cancellation request raised post 2 hours of ordering. In exceptional cases where we have not started the work on your artwork, we might still cancel your order on request beyond 2 hours. Please contact us in this case.
