The Artist is solely responsible for ensuring that their artwork is sufficiently independent and lawful.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property Declaration
The Artist expressly represents and warrants that:
- The Artist owns the necessary rights in each artwork submitted to CraftTatva.

- knowledge of infringement;
- ownership of the disputed work; or
- validity of the complainant's claim.
CraftTatva may take precautionary action to protect the marketplace and its users while the underlying dispute is reviewed.
