All intellectual property appearing on CraftTatva.com, including the website design, branding, logos, trademarks, trade names, original text, graphics, software, user interface elements, photographs, videos, and other content, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Artemyst Marketplace Private Limited, its artists, content providers, or other respective rights holders.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content available on the website is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Artwork images, artwork descriptions, artist profiles, biographies, photographs, and other artist-related content may be provided by artists or other authorized parties. Ownership of such content remains with the respective rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any website content or artwork-related material without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

“CraftTatva,” “Craft Tatva” our logos, taglines, trade names, and other brand elements may constitute trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary marks of Artemyst Marketplace Private Limited or their respective owners.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or display any of our trademarks or brand elements without our prior written permission.

You may not use our trademarks:

• In a manner that may create confusion regarding your association with CraftTatva;
• In a manner that disparages or damages our brand; or

Artwork displayed on CraftTatva.com is provided for the purpose of showcasing and selling the artwork.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that images and descriptions accurately represent each artwork, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.

Artwork images, artist profiles, biographies, descriptions, and other related material may be provided by the artists or other authorised sources. CraftTatva makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee that every third-party-provided detail will remain accurate or current at all times.

Placing an order or submitting a request through the Website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by CraftTatva.

We reserve the right to verify orders, correct pricing or listing errors, request additional information, or cancel an order where necessary.

In the event of an order cancellation initiated by CraftTatva, any eligible payment received from the customer will be refunded in accordance with our applicable refund policy.

For selected artworks, CraftTatva may provide a “Request Pricing” or similar option that allows collectors to submit a proposed price.

Where this option is available:

• Collectors may submit a price request within the range specified on the relevant artwork page.
• Submission of a price request does not guarantee acceptance.
• Our team may review the request and communicate with the collector regarding the proposed price.
• A purchase is considered confirmed only after the price has been mutually agreed upon and the applicable payment has been successfully completed.

For artworks where a custom offer facility is available, the applicable offer range will be displayed on the relevant artwork page.

Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account or provide personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
