Joined Craft Tatva: January 2022

I am an Artist and Academician, Assistant Professor of History of Visual Arts & Design at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. I earned a doctorate from Wuhan University of Technology, China where I specialized in Arts Studies, and an MFA specialization in Painting from Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, India. My research interests include theories of art and its history, different art expressions on the creative skills ability to create the paintings and different art forms of visual psychodrama, in which I reverse roles with the people through the paintings. Much of my creative practice functions as an attempt to expand the practical sessions of art, the scope of philosophy’s pedagogy via structured conversations, dialogical games, improvisational scores, contemplative audio guides and performative lectures.
